Mr & Mrs Parkinson needed an accessible bathroom that was designed with practicality and style in mind. Our architectural designer perfected the brief, creating a calming, modern bathroom where the client can fully relax and recharge.
Step Free Access
At the heart of the brief was the need for a step-free wet room, allowing for easy access without any visual or physical barriers. To achieve this, our Architectural Technologist worked closely with Installations Manager to ensure l careful planning and precise construction. The floor was expertly levelled and tiled throughout to ensure a seamless transition into the shower area.
Oversized grey tiles were chosen to run floor-to-ceiling, wrapping the room in soft, tonal texture and providing a soothing backdrop. Their generous scale not only enhances the feeling of space but also reduces grout lines, contributing to a clean, uncluttered finish.
The double vanity unit was a must-have, offering convenience for visiting guests and a hotel-like touch of luxury. Above, a large mirrored cabinet spans the width of the wall an understated focal point that doubles as smart storage, keeping surfaces clear and the space feeling open.
Mr & Mrs Parkinson have proven that accessible design doesn’t mean sacrificing style. With thoughtful features throughout, it balances ease of use with a refined, spa-like atmosphere.
