Following your free design consultation, the all-inclusive fixed price covers every element of the project*– from start to finish. You can be confident that when you work with us, there won’t be any hidden charges or unwelcome extras. Right from the beginning, you’ll know the full cost of the project, so you can plan your budget with confidence and rest assured that you know how much you’ll pay.

* Our all-inclusive fixed price is a firm commitment except where there are additional costs due to the need for foundation piling – an element that may only come to light once a project has begun. If this occurs, we will always be open and clear with you about the additional work that may be required. In this situation, we will engage an external company to carry out the necessary work, with the resulting costs being passed directly on to our customer.
