City Themed Garage Extension - Davenport

The garage was built as part of the side extension, using matching brickwork, concrete roof tiles, and anthracite rainwater goods to tie in seamlessly with the rest of the home. A wide, motorised sectional door in anthracite with remote control access made parking straightforward, even with a larger vehicle.

Internally, power and lighting were added to allow the space to function as more than just storage giving Mr. Niven the flexibility to use it as a hobby area, workshop, or simply an extra space for essential storage.

Once we’d finished construction, Mr Niven commissioned a vibrant Manchester City mural, across one of the interior walls. It brings a real sense of identity to the space turning a simple garage extension into something with meaning, warmth, and pride. It’s a true reflection of Mr. Niven’s character and adds a personal flourish to an otherwise practical part of the home.
