Nigel and Lindsey, recent retirees, dreamt of a modern and functional home. However, the prospect of moving and enduring disruption filled them with dread. That’s where we stepped in.
Initially, relocation seemed like the only solution. Yet, through in-depth consultations, we discovered a compelling alternative: a complete interior renovation. This ingenious approach promised to transform their existing home without the upheaval of moving.
The centrepiece of this transformation was a brand new kitchen, strategically positioned for optimal functionality. A luxurious family bathroom, a private en-suite, and a convenient downstairs WC replaced outdated fixtures, adding a touch of modern elegance.
But the magic wasn’t limited to just bathrooms. A complete heating system upgrade, featuring a pressurised cylinder, ensured year-round comfort. We even replaced all the interior doors, along with installing stylish French doors, tying the entire space together with a cohesive aesthetic.
The most remarkable aspect? Achieving this comprehensive transformation within the existing footprint. For a reasonable budget, we delivered a dream home renovation, proving that extensions aren’t always necessary.
Nigel and Lindsey’s story exemplifies the power of creative solutions. We not only saved them the stress of moving, but also delivered a future-proofed home perfectly suited to their retirement years. This project stands as a testament to the transformative potential of interior renovation and the importance of truly understanding our clients’ needs.
We would like to express our gratitude to you, the company and the whole team in completing the renovations at our home. We are not only very pleased at the outcomes so far but at the professional and efficient way in which the whole works have been delivered.
From the very first point of contact with Paul, to our visits to your offices, the meetings with Steve and the interaction with every workman who attended our project, the experience has been far better than we could have hoped for. Whilst all the team were, at the very worst, good, the vast majority of on-site workers were exceptional both in the way they completed the work and the way they managed the relationships with us.
As you would expect, we did our homework in advance by speaking to previous customers and we have in no way been let down by their recommendations and our own decision. Rest assured we would, if ever asked, wholeheartedly recommend your company to others.
