A Rear House Extension With Character - Poynton

Our designers worked with Mr & Mrs Bostock to create a single-storey rear house extension and traditional kitchen for their beautiful home in Poynton. The project began with the construction of a single-storey rear extension, carefully matching the existing brickwork to maintain continuity with the original home. Our designer added a vaulted ceiling and Velux windows to create an airy, open feel. Additionally, dual French doors opened onto the garden, establishing a natural connection between indoors and out.

Inside, we ensured that they layout had practical elements like an internal door to the garage, energy-efficient glazing, and an upgraded heating system. This new footprint gave the Bostocks a flexible space perfect for entertaining and family time, setting the stage for the kitchen installation that followed.
