Before progressing, you will receive a fully defined, fixed price based on an agreed scope of works so you know exactly what to expect.

Design

Following consultation, our design team develops a detailed, practical solution tailored to your home and the way you live. Layouts, storage, lighting, structural considerations and technical requirements are carefully refined. Every element is specified with delivery in mind ensuring what is designed can be executed properly on site without compromise. The design stage is not just about aesthetics; it is about creating a space that works beautifully in reality.

Planning

Transforming a home requires careful coordination. Building regulations, planning applications (where required), structural calculations, scheduling and procurement are managed by our team. We handle submissions to the local authority and liaise with relevant professionals on your behalf. A clear programme of works is established so you understand how the project will progress from start to finish. Our role is to remove uncertainty, not add to it.

Building

Construction is delivered by experienced trades under the oversight of our project management team. Work is carried out with care and precision, with attention given not only to finishes but to the structural and technical elements behind them. We maintain organised sites and clear communication throughout, respecting that we are working within your home. Quality is monitored at every stage, ensuring standards remain consistent from foundations to final finish.

Project Management

One accountable team oversees your entire renovation. You have a clear point of contact throughout the build, ensuring communication is straightforward and decisions are handled efficiently. Trades are coordinated, timelines are monitored and every stage is reviewed before moving forward. Our responsibility is to keep your project controlled, organised and progressing as planned.

Aftercare

Completion is not the end of our involvement. We provide lifetime aftercare to ensure everything continues to perform as it should. Should any issues arise, they are handled promptly and professionally.
