For this Bramhall project, we transformed how the homeowners use their bathrooms every day. By delivering a full bathroom renovation in Bramhall alongside a newly built ensuite within an extension, we created two carefully considered spaces that work beautifully together.
By managing both the construction and the bathroom installations, we were able to create a natural flow through both spaces resulting in a home that feels cohesive and meticulously designed while keeping disruption to a minimum.
Bathroom Remodel
We began this bathroom renovation in Bramhall by stripping the existing space back to its structure. Removing the old sanitaryware, tiling, and flooring allowed us to redesign the layout and upgrade all plumbing and electrics.
We built new partition walls to conceal pipework neatly, giving the room a cleaner, more refined finish. To improve daylight and privacy, we installed a new obscured double-glazed window, an important upgrade for this ground-floor bathroom.
Comfort drove every design decision. We installed underfloor heating beneath the tiled floor and paired it with an anthracite heated towel rail to keep the room warm and welcoming. Wall-hung sanitaryware enhances the sense of space while making cleaning easier, and the generous walk-in shower (with both fixed and handheld outlets) makes daily showering feel luxurious.
Fully tiled walls in soft white tones balance beautifully with stone-effect floor tiles, giving this bathroom a calm, long-lasting finish.
A New Ensuite Within the Extension
As part of the extension, we also delivered a new ensuite bathroom for this home, designed to match the quality and detailing of the main bathroom while responding to the needs of a newly created space.
We installed a larger shower tray to elevate the everyday experience, alongside matching wall-hung WC and floating vanity units to keep the room feeling open and uncluttered. Underfloor heating and a heated towel rail ensure year-round comfort.
By using the same Porcelanosa wall and floor tiles in both spaces, we created visual continuity between the existing home and the extension. Chrome fixtures, concealed shower controls, and carefully positioned lighting complete the look and enhance usability.

Together, these two bathrooms have transformed how the homeowners use their home day to day. The remodelled main bathroom offers comfort, warmth, and smart storage, while the new ensuite adds convenience and privacy as part of the extended living space.
