Large-format Porcelanosa tiles in Shine Niquel were chosen for the walls, bringing warmth and softness into the room while reflecting far more light around the space. Paired with the slightly darker Ferroker Aluminio floor tiles, the bathroom now feels balanced and contemporary without feeling cold. The lighter tiling has completely altered the feel of the room. What was once quite dark and visually heavy now feels open, calm and much more spacious, despite the footprint itself remaining unchanged.
Chrome detailing throughout the bathroom keeps the finish cohesive and understated, allowing the softer tones and textures of the tiling to become the defining feature of the space.
A bathroom designed around comfort and practicality
At the heart of the room sits a Villeroy & Boch Oberon bath, designed to offer both comfort and practicality for everyday use. A rainfall shower from Aqualisa paired with a Kudos bath screen gives the homeowners the flexibility of both a relaxing bath and an easy-to-use showering space. Wall-hung sanitaryware from Villeroy & Boch helps keep the room feeling spacious and uncluttered, while the floating vanity unit provides practical storage without adding visual heaviness.
An illuminated mirror, chrome towel rail and carefully positioned lighting complete the space, helping the bathroom feel bright and welcoming throughout the day.
A fully managed installation from start to finish
As with every Adamsons bathroom renovation, the project was fully coordinated from beginning to end. The existing bathroom was stripped back, surfaces prepared and all plumbing, electrics, tiling and installation works carefully scheduled to ensure the project progressed smoothly.
