High ceilings and multiple roof windows flood the space with natural daylight, while a central Velux window draws light into the heart of the room. French doors at the rear open out to the garden, extending the usable living area for barbecues, parties, or quiet weekend afternoons.

To keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, we also incorporated a compact but practical utility room into the new layout. Featuring a pulley-style drying rack and space for laundry appliances, it allows the main living area to remain calm and clutter-free. A new downstairs shower room adds further convenience, designed with timeless grey tiling and a walk-in enclosure to suit guests and family alike.
