Mr & Mrs Evans came to us with a clear vision: to transform the way they lived. We delivered this by constructing a new, well-proportioned rear house extension where cooking, dining, and relaxing could all take place in comfort and with a strong connection to the garden.

To ensure a bright, welcoming home our designer added two atrium-style roof lanterns and French doors to frame the garden. These modern doors also offer easy access to the patio, making the space feel part of the Mr & Mrs Evan’s beautiful garden.

Internally, the layout was carefully planned to allow for distinct yet connected areas: a generous dining zone, a casual snug area perfect for an evening read or chat, and of course, a central kitchen to anchor the whole space.

The new extension adds more than just square footage it gives the Evans family a central hub for daily life. Whether it’s hosting Sunday lunches, doing work at the dining table, or enjoying a coffee with the garden doors wide open, the space now fits seamlessly into their routine and their future plans.
