With a dedicated Project Manager overseeing the build, each phase was carefully planned to keep the project progressing smoothly while maintaining the high standard of finish expected throughout.

The single-storey side extension created valuable additional space at ground floor level, allowing the layout to be reconfigured with a larger kitchen and utility room.
At the same time, the first-floor extension above the garage introduced a spacious new bedroom complete with an ensuite, making much better use of an area that previously offered little more than roof space.
Although the extensions were built in different parts of the property, they were designed as one cohesive project. Matching brickwork, complementary rooflines and carefully selected windows ensure the new additions feel completely at home with the original house.

A Carefully Managed Extension
Building in two locations simultaneously requires careful coordination. Throughout the project, protective measures were put in place to minimise disruption while our team managed the structural works, external construction and internal alterations as one continuous programme.
Additionally, when the homeowners requested a short hiatus over the Christmas period, we were happy to help. We removed all boarding, tools and protective measures to return their home to normal as much as possible. When they were ready to recommence, we replaced the protection and got back to work. Mrs Hoar enthused about this break sharing how it was much needed after a long period of disruption.
Even with this time off site, we were able to deliver the extensions, kitchen and ensuite as planned within the stipulated time frame, a true testament to the dedication and skill of our team members.
