Had a wonderful experience with Adamson’s in relation to their after care service. Our toilet needed replacing and Adamson’s were communicative, courteous and professional from start to finish. 12 years later Our first experience with Adamsons was when we converted our attic, because they did a superb job we hired them again a few years later for a kitchen diner extension. Nothing was ever an issue and their aftersales support was amazing. Even 12 years later when a drain company tried to tell us the drain was fitted incorrectly and wanted to charge us £1800 to fix I called Adamsons and mentioned this to them. Christine sent two of the lads to us within 24 hours and within 10 minutes they had the issue sorted. No incorrect fitting but a company trying to get another payday. Based on my previous experience with Adamsons I knew there was no way the work they had done was faulty. Thanks again! Great after sales service Great after sales service from Adamson's. They responded immediately to my concern about a slipping heavy glass panel in our roof lantern. Sean and Woody were with us at 8.00 the following morning. They quickly secured the panel then spent two hours checking and refixing the whole lantern frame.. Extension in Timperley Adamson were fantastic from the very beginning. They stayed closely engaged throughout the planning phase, kept communication clear and consistent, and made the whole process feel straightforward. Once construction started, the build moved quickly and efficiently, and even our neighbours commented on how well‑organised and smooth everything was. The team themselves were a real highlight — always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Any issues that cropped up were dealt with promptly and resolved to a high standard. They kept the site tidy at every stage and were respectful of our home and surroundings. I’d happily recommend Adamson and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future. Speedy rectification work We have used Adamsons over the years and the last time was an extension with Atrium, open plan kitchen dining and seating area. We completed the latest work nearly six years ago. Recently we had a leak in one of the Atrium panels . Without any delay or quibbling Adamsons came out and inspected the problem. They returned the next day and fixed it. As with all of our post completion issues Adamsons have given first class remedial service at no cost to us.

Adamsons designed and installed our new bathroom — the only one in our house — and were meticulous about ensuring we were never left without a toilet overnight. Their staff were consistently professional, well-organised and strong on project management, design expertise and advice. They were consistently polite, tidy and reliable throughout, and the after-sales service has been excellent. They are responsive to snagging queries, however small including a small issue I had with the door in one of my bathroom units under manucturers guarantee. This was fixed promptly. We have had a lot of work from Adamson's and are hoping to book another project. Small things are bound to crop up after the work is complete, however perfect the job. Its a relief to know that the aftercare with Adamson's is highly reliable, timely, convenient  and of a good quality. From showroom to show house! The transition was flawless, considerate and professional from start to finish. It was a very refreshing change  to experience workers in the building/refurbishment trades  who did not spend half of their working day on their mobile phones and/or sitting in their vans! The design, the materials, the workmanship and the attention to detail where all first class. Would not hesitate to recommend this firm (and have already done so) to everyone. The remedial work to repair a leaking shower cubicle was completed to a high standard by the talented tradesman. He paid attention to the fine details and completed the work to an exceptional standard. His preparation was faultless and he maintained a tidy considerate approach throughout the work. Leaking pipe fixed When I found the pipe feeding my garden tap - installed 18 months ago - was leaking, my heart sank.  I needn't have worried. I emailed Adamsons and it was fixed by lunchtime on the same day.  Great aftercare service just when you need it.

A really caring company who treat customers really well with staff who are well trained in their individual specialisms. My contact with Christine in rectifying my problem went beyond anything I have experienced previously and Carl effected the actual repair perfectly with advice from him as to prevent further damage. It is always a pleasure contacting Adamsons.  Nothing is too much trouble for their team. They installed our kitchen 18 years ago and still provide amazing after care and help with replacement appliances. Great aftercare should you need it. In the last 5 years we have had 3 projects completely fulfilled (design to completion) by Adamsons and are very happy with the outcome of each.  Inevitably there have been some minor aftercare and remedial issues, these have all been attended to professionally and without quibble.  We are contemplating another job and if you are hesitating, our experience is that Adamsons are not, nor claim to be, the cheapest but, in the round you get what you pay for.

Adamsons have recently completed work on a shower room for me I am delighted with the work. From start to finish the team was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole plan was stress free. The team at the house, were efficient, respectful, and always tidied up. If I had any queries they were promptly answered and any issues were discussed and resolved. We had worked done at our house in 2019. Since then on and off we have requested Adamson for some remedial work. They have always attended promptly and have done the work to best of standards. We wanted a ground floor extension for a shower room and utility. Millie came and discussed our requirements and drew up plans just as requested. The work started more quickly than expected and continued with hardly a break  . The workmen were mostly very friendly and put up with the enthusiasm of a small poodle. We have been so pleased with the workmanship, attention to detail and after care service that Adamsons offer. The workmanship has been of the highest quality and any slight teething problems have been rectified immediately. Had a second floor extension 6 years ago. The plan, design and build went through generally really well. Adamsons were great in dealing with council approvals when submitting designs. The initial part of the build was terrific with and went up really quickly. Finishing touches took a while and had to be prompted on a couple of occasions but this did not stop us being happy with the overall experience. Had a minor problem with some roof flashings around a velux window which only came to light this year. A number of years ago Adamson’s built an extension on our previous house. We were very pleased with the professionalism and quality of this. Consequently, after a house move several years later we revisited Adamson’s and commissioned them to undertake an extension on our new home. Adamson’s  listened to our requirements and designed and built our extension again to a very high standard and our satisfaction. As a returning customer to a great family firm - I always have been extremely impressed with the thoroughness they gave throughout all aspects. I had a bathroom fitted by Adamsons 23 years ago.  They did a great job and I remain very happy with the bathroom.  I am doing a small amount of work in the shower area and needed some new tiles to match the existing tiles.  I contacted Adamsons who couldn't have been more helpful. We've used Adamsons twice now for extension work on our property.  Our experience has been excellent from start to finish.  They really are able to take an initial idea and turn it into reality, leaving you just to make choices around fixtures and fittings. Fantastic after care service During 2019 we had a kitchen/dining room extension completed by Adamsons. We have been delighted with the workmanship, although very occasionally we have had a rain water leak when there is a downpour that lays on the rear of our house. We recently contacted Adamsons after we had a leak when the UK had the high winds and heavy rainfall. Adamsons immediately sprang into action and sent one of their roofers to rectify the issue, which took a total of three days. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Adamsons, as not only do they do a professional job in the construction and fitting work, but their after care service is fantastic. We know people who have used other building contractors for extension work, and they have really struggled to get them to return and complete outstanding remedial work. Underfloor heating problems Had issue with bathroom underfloor heating. Was going a bit hey wire. Contacted Christine at Adamson's and next day H W electricians were at the house. Leak through shower floor tiles We experienced a slight leak through the floor tiles into the shower tray below. The original work was completed in 2014. Upon explaining the leak, they sent the installer and rectified the problem without quibble and no charge. Aftercare We had our house extension done about 5 Yrs ago. The main door recently became non aligned. After calling Christine who is ever pleasant arranged for joiner to attend. Our 3 Month Refurbishment Programme When you decide to completely revamp elements of your home, the potential for total disruption and off-the-scale stress levels is huge ... you leave yourself totally exposed! In such circumstances, you do your homework as best you can but you still place your trust in a company and people you have probably never met before or are likely to meet again!! Well, we did our homework and I am very pleased to say that all Adamsons did not let us down! The best compliment I can pay is that everybody put us at our ease, treated our home as if it was there own, understood our concerns and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Whilst most workmen visiting our home were exceptional, even the 'worst' were still good! I am not going to lie and say that everything went exactly to plan as there were, of course, some minor issues, delays and remedial works but they were dealt with speedily and with minimal fuss .. that is all you can ask for! The key question is 'Would I recommend the company to anyone else?" and the answer is an unreserved .. yes! If I was ever stupid enough to put myself through the disruption again, I would only call Adamsons ... I can pay no bigger a compliment!

Furniture problem solved. A corrosion problem arose in a piece of our bathroom furniture bought as part of an Adamsons project some years ago.   Although well outside the guarantee period, they were quick to understand the problem, contact the manufacturer and secure a replacement.  They came and fitted it today. Window issues We had problems with two windows in our new extension which Adamsons completed last September. I contacted Christine Kennedy and she very quickly contacted me and arranged for Mark the joiner to come over and take a look. He sorted out the problems quickly and we are happy with the outcome.
