The first step is a detailed consultation where we discuss how you use your current kitchen, what isn’t working, and what you’d like to change. We assess the space carefully, consider structural possibilities if relevant, and outline what would be realistically achievable within your investment level.
From there, we develop a considered design that balances layout, atmosphere and practicality all grounded in what can be delivered properly on site.
A substantial kitchen renovation involves more than cabinetry. Budget considerations typically include design development, cabinetry, appliances, worktops, flooring, electrical and plumbing works, lighting, installation and any structural alterations.
Before work begins, we agree a fully specified scope of works and provide a detailed fixed price in writing. This ensures clarity from the outset and removes uncertainty as the project progresses.
Costs vary depending on the scale of the project and the level of finish. As a general guide, carefully managed kitchen renovations typically begin around £20,000 for smaller-scale upgrades.
For more comprehensive remodels involving structural alterations, full project management and high-quality products, budgets commonly start from £60,000 and can increase depending on complexity.
We are best suited to homeowners undertaking considered, high-value projects where quality and professional oversight are priorities.
Timescales depend on complexity. A straightforward replacement within an existing layout may take four to six weeks. Projects involving structural alterations, wall removals or extensions will naturally require a longer programme, sometimes several months.
At the outset, we provide a realistic schedule so you understand how the project will progress and what to expect at each stage.
Yes. Many of our kitchen projects involve more than replacing units. Removing internal walls, installing steelwork or extending the footprint can transform how the space feels and functions.
Because we manage architectural planning, structural work and installation in-house, the entire project is coordinated under one accountable team.
We carefully remove and responsibly dispose of your existing kitchen as part of the project. However if you do want to keep your old kitchen for any reason, we can discuss this during the planning stage.
Any significant renovation requires organisation. We establish clear timelines, maintain tidy and well-managed work areas, and communicate regularly throughout the project.
Where possible, we help you plan temporary arrangements to reduce disruption, ensuring the process feels controlled rather than chaotic.
A well-designed, professionally installed kitchen can significantly enhance both the enjoyment and long-term value of your home.
Beyond resale value, the greatest return often comes in how the space improves daily life, creating a kitchen that feels impressive, practical and built to last.
